• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of Platform

You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Upload or share content that is offensive, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

4. Innovation Programs & Hackathons

• Hackmania serves as a technology provider for innovation programs, hackathons, and challenge series.
• Each program may have additional rules and eligibility criteria set by the organizer.
• Participants agree that all submissions must be their original work or properly attributed with open-source licenses where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Hackmania retains all rights to the Platform's codebase, branding, and design. Participants retain rights to their submissions, subject to a royalty-free license to display and promote in connection with the relevant program.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, misuse the services, or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hackmania is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, unauthorized access due to your negligence, or decisions of third-party juries or organizers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
