Why we exist
Innovation is the single most under-measured function inside large organisations.
Every enterprise, ministry and university sits on a reservoir of ideas, talent and prototypes. Most of it never reaches leadership in time. The few programs that do exist are run on a patchwork of forms, spreadsheets, slide decks and event vendors — none of which compound.
Hackmania was founded in 2014 after experiencing that broken stack firsthand. Over eleven years we have run programs for ministries, Fortune 500 enterprises, premier universities, and global ecosystems. Today we are rebuilding that knowledge as an AI-native platform operating system so any organisation can run innovation with the rigour of a manufacturing process and the intelligence of a research lab.
