How is Hackmania priced?
We price on a combination of programs run per year, peak active participants, and the modules you enable. Most organisations land on a fixed annual contract with a small variable component for surge programs.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Launch is free for a single program with up to 500 participants. It is built for teams running their first hackathon or pilot challenge.
Do you support procurement, DPA and security reviews?
Yes. Our team works directly with procurement, legal and security functions and provides DPA, SOC-style controls documentation, data residency and pen-test summaries.
Can we run a paid pilot before signing an annual contract?
Yes. We routinely run 30–60 day paid pilots on a real challenge from your organisation, with success criteria agreed upfront.
Does Hackmania also operate the program for us?
Optional. On Enterprise & Government plans, our program operations team can run the challenge end-to-end — design, comms, mentor desks, judging panels and reporting.
