How is Hackmania priced?
Every engagement is custom-priced based on programs run per year, peak active participants, and the modules you enable. Most organisations land on a fixed annual contract with a small variable component for surge programs.
Do you offer a standard price list?
No. Innovation programs vary widely in scope, participants and services, so we scope and price every engagement based on your specific requirements.
Do you support procurement, DPA and security reviews?
Yes. Our team works directly with procurement, legal and security functions and provides DPA, SOC-style controls documentation, data residency and pen-test summaries.
Can we run a paid pilot before signing an annual contract?
Yes. We routinely run 30–60 day paid pilots on a real challenge from your organisation, with success criteria agreed upfront.
Does Hackmania also operate the program for us?
Optional. On Enterprise & Government plans, our program operations team can run the challenge end-to-end — design, comms, mentor desks, judging panels and reporting.
